Who it is for: Engineers, site teams, package managers and project staff who work in PMIS platforms every day.

  1. Entry Level

    Productive PMIS user

    Work correctly in Aconex and Unifier: documents, mail, business processes and tasks.

  2. Intermediate Level

    Advanced project user

    Run workflows and correspondence, and read and update schedules with confidence.

  3. Advanced Level

    Functional key user

    Own cost and contract processes and support colleagues as a departmental key user.

  4. Expert Level

    PMIS champion

Who it is for: Document controllers, information managers and records officers on capital projects.

  1. Entry Level

    Document control assistant

    Register, retrieve and distribute controlled documents in Aconex.

  2. Intermediate Level

    Document controller

    Own the register, numbering, transmittals, review workflows and formal correspondence.

  3. Advanced Level

    Lead document controller

    Configure projects, organizations and security, and connect document control with Unifier processes.

Project Controls Engineer

Who it is for: Planners, schedulers, cost engineers and project controls analysts.

  1. Entry Level

    Junior planner / cost analyst

    Build and update schedules, and work with cost and contract records.

  2. Intermediate Level

    Project controls engineer

    Resource-load schedules, measure earned value and manage budgets, commitments and change.

  3. Advanced Level

    Senior project controls engineer

    Produce executive dashboards and connect project controls with project financials.

Who it is for: System administrators, IT application owners and PMIS support teams.

    Understand the user experience you will support across Unifier and Aconex.

    Administer Aconex projects and P6 EPPM enterprise data, security and settings.
